Teochew Sushi Candy 鸭颈糖 x1 – Also known as “Duck Neck Candy” (“鸭颈糖”). A type of Teochew snack crafted from crushed peanuts and sticky rice candy. It features peanuts at its core, enveloped by a layer of sticky rice candy and coated with white sesame seeds.

Resembling a mother duck’s neck, this candy boasts a tender, non-sticky texture with a crispy interior and soft exterior. Its ingredients typically include peanuts, sesame seeds, maltose, sugar, flour, and vegetable oil.

Tau Sa Piah 豆沙饼 x1 – “Bean Paste Biscuits,” is a beloved Teochew pastry renowned for its flaky crust and sweet bean paste filling. Thus, enjoyed during various occasions, notably weddings. Its texture offers a delightful interplay between the crispy crust and creamy bean paste. Therefore, symbolising harmony and abundance.
