How to order personalised coasters?

  1. First, choose the options and quantity of your custom wedding favours/personalised door gifts.
  2. Then, enter your information in the Personalisation column. After, write down the name and any details you want to include.
  3. Thirdly, checkout.
  4. Artwork preparation (1 to 3 business days)
  5. Afterwards, production proceeds upon your approval of artwork (3 to 10 business days).
  6. Lastly, it will be delivered to your doorstep via courier.

Note:

With Personalisation Option – Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included to perfect the proofs. Therefore, nothing will be printed without your approval.

However, orders placed less than two weeks before the delivery date are not eligible for artwork customisation.

Colour: Actual colours may vary due to every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Production

Colour: In spite of the most modern printing or any finishing machines, there may be slight colour deviations. The print result is dependent on many factors, including the material, temperature, air humidity, etc. Customers should accept the colour deviations within the standard market tolerance range of +/- 10%. We cannot guarantee 100% colour matching to your product (including re-print) at all.

Position of Artwork Printing: Due to high quantity batch processing and inherent inaccuracies involved in the production method, a 0.01cm – 0.2cm of position tolerance should be acceptable.
